Even though the Harmony of the Seas docked in Roatán this morning, we decided to stay onboard and enjoy a quiet, crowd-free ship. Sometimes the best port days are the ones spent with no agenda — just ocean views, good food, and a little casino fun.
Morning: Balcony Vibes & Breakfast
We woke up to calm seas and sunshine filtering across our balcony – the perfect backdrop for a lazy morning. I stopped by the Windjammer Marketplace, but nothing really sounded good, so I skipped breakfast and just sipped coffee out on the balcony instead.
It turned out to be exactly what I needed: fresh air, peace, and a reminder that sometimes the best “excursion” is doing absolutely nothing.

Lunch: Park Café Win
For lunch, we stopped by Park Café in Central Park — and I may have found my new favorite onboard meal.
I ordered the chicken Caesar salad, and it was fantastic — perfectly seasoned chicken, crisp lettuce, and just the right amount of dressing. Honestly, it ended up being one of the best lunches of the entire cruise.
As I enjoyed my lunch on the balcony, Hubby went to the buffet, though I don’t think either of us remember what he had — which probably tells you everything you need to know.

Dinner: Chops Grille Excellence
Dinner was at Chops Grille, one of our favorite specialty restaurants. Service was smooth, and the meal did not disappoint.
- Appetizer: Shrimp cocktail
- Mains: I ordered the lamb chops — and they were absolutely superb, tender and full of flavor. He went with the ribeye, and since he cleaned his plate, I’m assuming it hit the mark too.
- Dessert: I had the cheesecake, while He went for the key lime pie — both were outstanding.
⭐️ 10/10 – Highly recommend Chops for anyone sailing Harmony.
It’s consistently one of Royal Caribbean’s strongest dining experiences at sea.

Casino Time: The Final Push to Prime
Rob had such a great run yesterday, our hope was to be able to finish up his Prime status and make more progress toward mine. He had a great run averaging .96 points per dollar for this session for a solid B in performance. That pushed him into Prime and he was able to go to the Hostess table and get a sticker for his seapass card that gave him all the Prime perks for the rest of the cruise – mainly free drinks in the casino. Overall he ended his quest with an solid B+ – a far cry from our F start.

I made a little progress as well – puting $100 in and earned 80 points, ending the session slightly down but happy with the steady churn.

Nightcap
After dinner and a quick stop at Casino Royale, we spent the rest of the evening winding down on the balcony — just waves, stars, and the quiet hum of the ship as we sailed toward Cozumel.
It was the kind of peaceful evening that reminds you why sea days (and stay-on-board port days) are sometimes the most restorative part of cruising.
Tomorrow we stop at Cozumel and finally plan to put feet on dry land for a bit.
